As more U.S. and international organizations expand their presence in Northeast China, understanding and staying on top of local compensation trends is becoming ever more pertinent to attracting and keeping the best talent.
With findings from a recently completed regional compensation survey, Mercer's Beijing representative, Mr. Jeff Lee, will share the 2008 Mercer Total Remuneration Survey results, and provide advice on effective HR practices during the global economic slowdown.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Jeff Lee is Consulting Director of Information Product Solutions based in Mercer Beijing office. As a compensation specialist, Jeff has consulted for global leaders including MEHECO, IBM, Motorola, Dongxiang, Bank of China, Microsoft, SUN Microsystems and Agilent. His work includes the development of compensation strategies, job evaluation plans, salary structure designs, compensation and benefits auditing systems and customized surveys.
